One grows or dies. There is no third possibility.

Oswald Spengler (1880-1936)

The primary goal of counselling is to address issues in your current life (as opposed to your past) and can be extremely beneficial in order to make valid, appropriate, and considered decisions. This process is usually achieved through the provision of short-to-medium term support and intervention for a particular issue or crisis you are facing, and often revolves around problem-solving and is solution-focused. Counselling provides a neutral space for you to explore objectively, and under expert guidance, what you need for yourself within a safe and confidential framework.
